Can I have my package delivered on a certain date?

Unfortunately, we currently do not have an option to select delivery on a certain date, unless express shipping is requested. Do note, not all items can be expressed. Please check restrictions on items when ordering.

What are your payment methods?

In the mail: US issued Discover, Visa, MasterCard, check/money order. Unfortunately, we do not currently have COD option available. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Why is it taking so long for my order to be shipped?

Some merchandise may be shipped directly from the factory, some merchandise may be coming from an off-site warehouse and some merchandise may be backordered.

Do we transfer guns in the United States or from websites?

We do transfers if the party sending the gun has a current FFL # and we do not carry that particular gun. No dealer or person should transfer a gun to any person if there is a reasonable belief that the purchaser intends to violate the law with the gun or intends to transfer it to a third party who is not permitted to possess a gun or intends to use it for criminal purposes. Following the law is good business.

Do we repair guns or bows?

We are a full serviced gun and bow pro shop. If the item can’t be repaired in house, we can send the merchandise to the manufacturer to provide the needed repairs.

Can anyone purchase a gun?

Not everyone is allowed to own or possess a gun. Federal, state and local laws may make it illegal for some people to possess a firearm. Every dealer and gun owner should know the local laws regulating gun ownership and govern their actions accordingly.

Do we have an archery range?

Yes, we have a two lane air conditioned indoor archery range.

Why is my package late when I paid for express shipping?

Currently we only ship our packages Monday-Friday; we do not ship on the weekends or holidays. Therefore, delivery is made within the allotted business days for the selected method. Express shipping cutoff is 11am CST

You can order from Spillway Sportsman with complete confidence because we stand behind every item we sell. Our return policy is that you may return merchandise within thirty days of purchase in new, unused condition with all appropriate tags along with the receipt.

Note: Spillway Sportsman does not accept returns on Ammunition, Food, and Gas or Diesel powered items once they have been gassed or oiled.
